Stock Sync Support.

The Add-on shows "Authorization required" every time I open it.

This is normal on first use. Click Authorize and complete the Google permission prompt. After you authorize once, the Add-on will run without asking again unless you revoke permissions.

My Store Key is not working.

Verify that the key was generated from Settings → Integrations & API → Google Sheets Stock Sync in your eTalase dashboard. Keys for other integrations will not work. If you revoked the key or it has expired, generate a new one and re-enter it by choosing Extensions → eTalase Stock Sync → Configure Store.

My products are not appearing after setup.

Check the Log tab for an error entry. Common causes are an incorrect Store Key, a network error reaching api.e-talase.com, or a store with no active products. If the Log tab is empty, run Pull Products Now manually from the Extensions menu and check for a new Log entry.

The status column shows "Error" on some rows.

Open the Log tab and find the corresponding request entry. The error message will explain why the push failed for that row — for example, an invalid quantity or a product that no longer exists in eTalase.

Automatic sync stopped running.

Automatic triggers are owned by the Google account that enabled them. If that account's access to the spreadsheet was removed, or if Google suspended the trigger for exceeding quota, the schedule will stop. Disable and re-enable automatic sync from the Extensions menu to recreate the triggers under your account.

How do I disconnect my store?

Choose Extensions → eTalase Stock Sync → Disconnect Store. This removes your Store Key and automatic triggers. Your spreadsheet data is preserved. You can reconnect at any time by running setup again.

How do I uninstall the Add-on?

In Google Sheets, go to Extensions → Add-ons → Manage add-ons. Find eTalase Stock Sync and click Uninstall. Disconnect your store first to remove the triggers associated with your account.
