eTalase Stock Sync — Google Sheets Add-on

What it does

eTalase Stock Sync is a Google Sheets Editor Add-on for eTalase merchants. It gives you a clean, structured inventory workspace inside a spreadsheet. Pull your live products and variants from eTalase, enter updated quantities in one clearly marked column, and push changes back to your store — immediately or on an automatic schedule.

The Add-on operates only on the single spreadsheet where you install it. It does not access other spreadsheets, files, email, or any other Google service.

Products removed from eTalase are moved to an Archive tab — not deleted — so you never lose records.

Requirements

An active eTalase merchant account.
A Store Key generated from your eTalase dashboard under Settings → Integrations & API → Google Sheets Stock Sync.
A Google account with Google Sheets access.

How to set up

Install eTalase Stock Sync from Google Workspace Marketplace.

Open any Google Sheet.

Click Extensions → eTalase Stock Sync → Set Up This Sheet.

When prompted, enter your Store Key. The Add-on will save it securely and pull your products automatically.

Review the Inventory tab. Enter new quantities in the new_inventory column and click Push Changes.

Each operator connects their own Google account using their own Store Key. Only one designated operator per spreadsheet should enable automatic sync.

Automatic sync schedule

Trigger	When	What it does
Hourly push	Every hour	Sends any pending inventory changes to eTalase.
Daily pull	02:00–04:00 WIB	Refreshes product and variant data.
Open-session pull	On spreadsheet open	Pulls product data if the last pull was more than 2 hours ago.

You can enable or disable automatic sync at any time from the Extensions menu.

Permissions the Add-on requests

The Add-on requests the minimum permissions required to function:

Access the current spreadsheet — to create and manage inventory, setup, guide, log, and archive tabs.
Connect to an external service — to reach the eTalase API at https://api.e-talase.com.
Create time-driven triggers — to run automatic sync on your behalf when you enable the schedule.

No other Google data is accessed. Your spreadsheet data is used only to provide the sync service as described in our Privacy Policy.
