Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the eTalase Stock Sync Google Sheets Editor Add-on ("Add-on") provided by eTalase ("eTalase", "we", "us"). By installing or using the Add-on you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Add-on.

1. Eligibility

You must have an active eTalase merchant account to use the Add-on. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind yourself or your business to these Terms.

2. What the Add-on does

The Add-on connects your Google Sheet to your eTalase store. It allows you to pull current product and inventory data into a structured spreadsheet, enter quantity updates, and push those updates back to your store — either manually or on an automatic schedule.

The Add-on operates only on the single spreadsheet where you install it. It does not access other spreadsheets, files, email, or any other Google service.

3. Your eTalase account and Store Key

You are responsible for obtaining a Store Key from your eTalase dashboard (Settings → Integrations & API → Google Sheets Stock Sync) and for keeping that key confidential. The Store Key is stored only in your personal Google account properties for the spreadsheet; eTalase does not store it in the spreadsheet or display it after setup.

You must revoke and rotate your Store Key immediately if you believe it has been exposed. eTalase is not liable for unauthorized inventory changes resulting from a compromised Store Key.

Never share a configured workbook publicly or grant edit access to untrusted users. Before sharing a spreadsheet or publishing it as a template, disconnect the store and remove all inventory, archive, setup, and log data.

4. Permitted use

You may use the Add-on only for lawful inventory management of your own eTalase store. You must not:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Add-on source code for purposes other than permitted Apps Script inspection.
Use the Add-on to access stores you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
Automate requests beyond the built-in trigger schedule in a manner that degrades eTalase service for other merchants.
Resell or sublicense access to the Add-on.

5. Automatic synchronization

When you enable automatic sync the Add-on creates time-driven triggers in your Google account:

An hourly push trigger to send pending inventory changes.
A daily pull trigger between 02:00 and 04:00 (Asia/Jakarta) to refresh product data.

Triggers run under your Google account's authorization. Only one designated operator per spreadsheet should enable automatic sync. You are responsible for disabling triggers when they are no longer needed.

6. Service availability

The Add-on depends on both Google Apps Script and the eTalase API (https://api.e-talase.com). We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, platform outages, or changes to Google's Apps Script policies may temporarily affect the Add-on.

eTalase reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Add-on at any time with reasonable notice posted on the product page.

7. Data

Your use of data collected through the Add-on is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual property

The Add-on, including its source code and documentation, is owned by eTalase or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Add-on for its intended purpose.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE ADD-ON IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ETALASE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE ADD-ON WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT INVENTORY DATA WILL BE ACCURATE AT ALL TIMES.

You are responsible for verifying inventory accuracy in your eTalase dashboard before relying on any sync result for fulfillment decisions.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ETALASE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE, INVENTORY ACCURACY, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE ADD-ON, EVEN IF ETALASE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ETALASE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ETALASE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eTalase and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Add-on.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Add-on and uninstall it at any time. eTalase may suspend or terminate your access to the Add-on if you violate these Terms or if your eTalase merchant account is terminated.

Sections 8–11 survive termination.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Add-on after a material change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
